Italy and the New World.Every wine that is on our shelf has been sampled by us and we pride ourselves in a comprehensive understanding of the qualities that make wines great. We also understand the intimidation factor faced by many wine buyers.Both Michael and Robert have pursued advanced degrees in Wines studies at the Prestigious Wine and Spirits Education Trust, furthering their knowledge and appreciation of all wines. He holds a Certificate of Wine Studies with Merit from the prestigious Wine and Spirits Education Trust in England and has tasted well over ten thousand wines. Making wine less perplexing is his goal. Making you a better drinker is just a bonus. A budding racecar driver Michael is trying to figure out to combine his two favorite things and stay out of jail. |

| Marc brings a very special element to our store. Aside from having a last name similar to ours he is a classically trained chef. Marc has spent the last 18 years cooking at fine restaurants in France and New York. He is happy to give out great cooking advice as well as excellent wine pairing information. |

| Meredith is our newest wine specialist, but she is not new to the wine industry. In her 10 years experience she was a corporate wine director for a NYC restaurant group, sold boutique Italian wines, her specialty, and is a certified Sommelier. She loves to support small grower champagnes and is an expert at pairing wine with food. Meredith enjoys wine because of its constant evolution, endless discussions and challenges. She believes it is important to drink what you enjoy, but also to keep your palate open to new experiences. |
